Elisha began her career as a host for India's international travel channels, including Travelxp, Travel Trendz, and NDTV Good Times. Her shows reached millions of homes across Asia, the Middle East, East Africa, North America, and parts of Europe, offering viewers a glimpse into the beauty of diverse cultures and destinations. In 2016, Elisha took a leap of faith and shifted her base to Los Angeles, California, to pursue her dream of acting. Since then, she has worked on over nine feature films, showcasing her talent and versatility. From "Body Of Sin" to "Love First," Elisha's performances have left a lasting impression on audiences worldwide. Elisha's artistic journey extends beyond language barriers, as she has made supporting and guest appearances in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Gujarati language films. Elisha seamlessly transitions between different languages and cultures, demonstrating her dedication to the art of storytelling on a global scale. In 2019, driven by her passion for the environment, she joined the Hands Around The World climate change initiative by Ken Kragen, using her platform to make a difference.

She had the honor of hosting the 2021 pre-Oscar celebration show titled "Hollywood Unlimited," where she took the viewers through the journey of Hollywood through the years. In 2022, Elisha's film "Highway Nights" was considered for the prestigious Oscars. "Highway Nights" sheds light on the struggles of Banchhada tribal women who were forced to be sex workers since the time of British colonization. In 2023, Elisha directed a short film titled "Love First,". Shot in Japan this short film was dedicated to people reeling from heartbreaks, aiming to inspire viewers to embark on a journey of self-love before seeking love in others. This creative endeavor showcases her versatility and deep understanding of storytelling beyond the screen. Looking ahead, Elisha has an exciting lineup of projects, including "Fighting for Gold," "Godmother," "Hello America," "Beej," and "Killer Women." In 2023, she also started Enteraktive Film Studios, which aims to create films, shorts, and documentary content featuring inspiring athletes, thought leaders, humanitarians, and artists.

With each new endeavor, she continues to push boundaries, inspire, and connect with audiences on a profound level. Elisha's influence extends beyond her on-screen achievements.
